Raspberry and dark chocolate chunk muffins

These raspberry and chocolate chunk muffins are filled with nutritious ingredients which make breakfast and snack time a real healthy treat
Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 tsp orange zest
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
100 grams dark chocolate cut into chunks
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup jowar flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
55 grams of butter
1/2 cup milk
*if you don't have raspberries, you can use any other fruit fresh or frozen, or else leave this part-out
** I highly recommend using the orange zest, it elevates the taste of these muffins!!
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 180C
Add the dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix well until incorporated
Cream together the butter and the brown sugar until light and fluffy. To this, add the yogurt and milk and mix well
Lastly add the raspberries and chocolate chunks, saving a few to dot the tops of the muffins
Bake at 180C for 20 minutes
