No-bake Oat and chocolate balls

Oat & chocolate cookie or balls

. You decide! It could be whichever one you're craving

This is an easy peasy no bake recipe which will be ready in 5 minutes flat and consumed in the same amount of time, I can guarantee!


60 gm dark or milk chocolate

20 gm butter

1 1/2 tbsp honey

75 gm oats

25 gm almond flour OR freshly grated coconut

*I used almond flour because I didn't have coconut

1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

Handful of chopped cranberries or nuts


Melt the chocolate, butter and honey on a low flame and leave to cool

Add the oats and almond flour/coconut and mix until incorporated

Add the cocoa powder and a few chopped cranberries or nuts, and mix to form a dough

For balls, make balls and for cookies, just flatten them down or use an ice cream scoop to make little semi moon shapes

Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours
