Methi Matri / Baked Fenugreek Crackers

Baked whole wheat methi matri, or fenugreek crackers.
Will be sooooo good with a cup of chai, especially in this weather.
Ingredients
1.5 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup besan or gram flour
2 tbsp kasuri methi
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp ajwain
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup ghee or vegetable oil
Water, as required, to knead the dough

Method
-To a large bowl, add the atta along with the baking powder and all the seasonings
-Mix along with the oil/ghee and allow it to combine until it resembles a dough (add water as you go about kneading)
- Once the dough comes together, knead it well for 3 minutes and then let it rest for about 15 to 20 minutes
- Now, divide the dough into 2 parts, and roll it out to about 1/4 th inch thick
- Cut into desired shapes and bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C
