Mango Bundt Cake

This mango bundt cake is soft, moist, full of mango flavour and so quick and easy to make! Give it a go before mango season is over
Ingredients
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup mango puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder

Method
Add the baking powder to the four and mix until incorporated. Set aside
Cream the vegetable oil until light and fluffy
Add the eggs, one at a time and mix again
Add the vanilla extract
Add the mango pure through this and mix
Add the flour mixture in installments and mix until it has been incorporated
Pout this batter into a greased bundt tin, or a regular tin if you don't have a bundt tin
Bake at 180 C for about 30 minutes
