Healthy Chocolate Chip Baked Donuts
A healthy breakfast for those lazy weekend mornings.
I made these beauties, replacing regular white flour with oats flour. There's no added sugar either, sweetness comes from the dark chocolate chips and a bit of honey.
A delicious sweet treat, minus the guilt! What could be better
150 gm chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup coconut/vegetable oil
1/2 cup yogurt
4 tbsp honey
1 cup oats flour
1 tsp baking powder
Beat up the wet ingredients using a stand mixer. Once mixed well, fold in the flour and baking powder. Lastly add the chocolate chips.
Spoon the batter into lightly greased donut moulds and bake at 180C for 15
