Flour-less Chocolate Cake



Isn't chocolate an ever lasting love for a lot of us? Make this flour-less chocolate cake and feel loved! Ingredients


225 gm butter 500 gm dark chocolate 7 eggs 200 gm sugar I tbsp vanilla extract


Method 1. Melt the butter and chocolate over a double boiler (or in the microwave) until completely smooth and silky 2. Best the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy 3. Add the cooler chocolate and butter mixture to the egg and sugar mixture and whisk well until fully combined 4. Add the vanilla extract and give it a final mix 5. Pour the batter into a 8" cake pan which has been wrapped in foil from the outside. Place this pan into a larger pan or a deep tray half filled with boiling water 6. Bake at 160 C for 30 to 35 minutes 7. Allow it to cool completely before slicing
