Festive no-bake ladoos



Turmeric oat energy balls


Inspired from our very own 'Haldi wala Doodh', these balls are super nutritious and very quick to make.





Ingredients


1 cup oats

2 tsp turmeric

1/4 cup almonds

1/4 cup walnuts

1/4 cup desiccated coconut

1/2 cup seedless dates

1/4 tsp cardamom powder

2 tsp condensed milk


Method


-Add all the ingredients to a mixer and blend it until it comes together

-Roll into little ball shapes. TA-DA!


Rose flavored ladoos





A classic combination of rose and cardamom, made in the form of a ladoo, perfect for the festive season


Ingredients


1 cup desiccated coconut

1/4 cup condensed milk

1.5 tbsp rose water

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

A pinch of pink food colour

Desiccated coconut for garnish


Method


-In a bowl, combine together the coconut, condensed milk, rose water and cardamom powder and mix until it all comes together

-Add the food colour and mix again

-Shape into little ladoos and roll into the desiccated coconut.

-Done!
