Egg-less Vanilla Cupcakes

These are the perfect birthday cupcakes!! Either iced or plain, they are delicious. I haven't iced these since we aren't celebrating a birthday currently and also because I am trying to cut down on sugar for us all. .can you imagine, everything you see here, we consume in our household . . Go on, bake these super easy, fluffy and moist cupcakes. They will make your day! Ingredients 2 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 cup Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla extract 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup Butter 1 cup milk Method -Preheat the oven to 180 C -Add the apple cider vinegar to the milk and set aside -Cream together the butter and sugar until super light and fluffy -Add the vanilla extract and mix well -Add the baking powder to the flour and mix well -Add half of this flour mixture to the butter mixture and whisk -Pour in the milk mixture and continue mixing -Add the remaining flour and mix until you get a smooth batter -Bake at 180 C for 15 to 18 minutes
