Whaaaaat is that?!Made these yum omelettes for breakfast today. They are made with moong dal and the only difficult part is remembering to soak the dal the previous night!
I've stuffed them with butter garlic mushrooms but you could use any filling of your choice or simply have them plain with some ketchup on the side
I cup moong dal (soaked overnight)
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp chili powder
Blitz these ingredients together in a mixer. You will be left with a smooth batter of pourable consistency.
Dollop a little batter into a hot frying pan and cook just as you would an omelette/dosa
