Condensed milk cake - Egg-less

I'm running short on groceries now due to the lock down.
I have hardly any eggs left but still wanted to bake a cake, because the craving for something sweet is even higher these days!!! I found a tin of condensed milk in the cupboard and thought of using it in the cake. Basically, the ingredients in this cake comprises of throwing together what I had in the fridge and cupboards, to make something delicious. And, it worked!! .
Here is my recipe for a condensed milk sponge cake, flavored with orange zest and juice and a generous amount of frozen cranberries (the tart from the cranberries and the sweetness from the condensed milk is just yummmmmm)
Nothing healthy in this cake, but then we all need something a little extra sweet some days, yes?
Ingredients
1 & 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp orange zest
2 tbsp orange juice
1/4 cup butter (55 gm)
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup milk
Method
Cream together the butter and the sugar
Add the orange zest and juice along with the condensed milk and mix well
Sieve together the flour, baking powder and baking soda and fold this into the wet mixture
Add the milk slowly until the batter comes to a drooping consistency
Toss the frozen cranberries together with a little flour and fold them into the batter
Bake in a preheated oven for around 30 minutes or until the center is cooked
**if you don't have cranberries, please substitute with raisins or nuts. You can also skip this step
