Easy and quick to make, chocolate donuts can cure any chocolate craving. With or without sprinkles and any kind of topping, these are festive and fun. And because they are baked, they are healthier for you too!
Make these donuts in under 20 minutes. All you need is one bowl!
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* to make it egg-less, add 1/3 cup yogurt instead of the egg
-Preheat the oven to 180 C
-In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder and sugar until combined
-Add the milk, oil, egg and vanilla extract and fold in all in together, until well combined
-Pour the batter into a piping bag and pipe into the greased donut mold
-Bake at 180 C for 12 minutes
