Chocolate Brownies

These are my tried and tested, vouched for by many, Chocolate Brownies! I don't mean to boast, but they are the best brownies i have ever tasted.

I used to make them with white flour earlier, but now i use oat flour instead and the result is the same, just healthier and who's complaining about that!!

Give it a go


115 gm butter

200 gm milk and dark chocolate mix

2 eggs

120 gm brown sugar

80 gm oat flour

1 tsp baking powder

chopped nuts


Pre heat the oven to 180 C

Melt the chocolate along with the butter over a double boiler and leave to cool slightly

Whisk the eggs and brown sugar together

Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix well

Sift the oat flour and baking powder together and fold into the wet mixture with a spatula

Add the nuts and mix lightly

Bake for 20 to 25 min
