Cheesy no-yeast garlic bread

I am not kidding when I say that this no yeast 10 minutes to make garlic bread is DA BOMB!! I was blown away by how simple it was to make something that tastes absolutely divine. You have got to try it out!!

3/4 cup wheat flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

5 tbsp milk

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp melted butter

4 tbsp grated cheese

- Preheat the oven to 180c

- Add the flour, baking powder and baking soda to a bowl

- In a small cup, mix the milk and the apple cider vinegar and set aside

- Add the melted butter to the flour, followed by the milk and vinegar mixture and mix to form a dough. It will be a beautiful elastic dough

- Flour a work surface and simply pat the dough out, no need to roll with a rolling pin. Flatten it out sufficiently

- Generously spread the garlic butter onto it and top with the grated cheese

- Now roll it, away from you, into a log shape.

- Using a sharp knife, cut into the center of the log, not right through to the end. Twist the 2 pieces into a braid and pinch the ends closed

- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 C

Garlic butter spread

50 grams soft butter

1 tbsp finely chopped garlic

1 tbsp finely chopped coriander

Mix these all together and set aside
