Cardamom Pistachio Cookies


Ingredients


3/4 cup maida

1/4 tsp cardamom powder

5 tbsp sugar

1/4 cup chopped pistachios (or use any other nut of your choice)

1/4 cup ghee / melted butter

1/3 cup milk

Method

Add the maida, cardamom powder, and sugar to a bowl

Give it a good mix


Add the ghee/melted butter and mix until you have a sandy texture


Drizzle in the milk and mix to form a dough

* don't put all the milk in at once...the dough might get too runny, you might not need to use all of it


Roll out the dough and sprinkle the chopped nuts on top of it. Press them down lightly

Cut into the desired shape and bake for 12 to 15 minutes
