Biscuit Cake

Lock down chocolate cake, made using biscuits and warm milk. Yup, you read that right!
Give it a go with the kids, it was super fun to do and verrrrrry tasty
I used Marie biscuits and added cocoa powder. But if you have bourbon or chocolate biscuits, that would work better!
These quantities make a smallish cake, but just enough to satisfy that craving for something sweet post a meal

Ingredients
250 gm chocolate biscuits
* if regular ones, then add a spoonful of cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup warm milk
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Method
-Preheat the oven to 180 C
-Crush the biscuits into a fine powder
-Add the baking powder (and cocoa powder if using) into this
-Add in the warm milk slowly and mix to form a batter
-Whisk it well
-Pour into a prepared pan and bake at 180 C for 12 to 15 minutes
