Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins




Baking is always good. But baking to satisfy your sweet cravings during this time when you can't have it delivered to your doorstep, is even better!


Try out these banana chocolate chip muffins. All healthy ingredients, so there is no fear of piling up on calories!

Ingredients


1/2 cup butter

2/3 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

3 ripe bananas

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 1/2 cups wheat flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips -Pr- heat the oven to 180° C


Method


-Take a bowl, and mix together the dry ingredients and set aside

-In another bowl, mix together the butter and the sugar until creamy. Add the eggs and mix well. -Add the mashed bananas and vanilla essence and mix well -Add this wet mix into the dry ingredients until incorporated -Lastly, stir in the chocolate chips -Bake at 180° for 20 minutes
