Banana Bread Granola

Granola is a healthier option to cereal or cornflakes
I always seem to have over ripe bananas at home, and wanted to use them up in a different way this time around.
Hence the idea for a banana bread granola! And also, if you're like me and not too fond of coconut oil, this banana mix is a great replacement for the oil which would otherwise be added to granola
It's healthy, super simple to do, takes just 2 minutes and one bowl to prep

-To this, add the honey and peanut butter and give it a good mix until incorporated
